Franchise Production Manager - Ready Mix

ABOUT THE ROLE
Manages the activities within the Tiger Minimix Inc. franchise following the framework of established
policies and procedures. Responsible for leading the franchise growth and proper operation. Recommends
and implements solutions for greater customer satisfaction. Provides leadership to handle complex
customer situations and escalation concerns and determines resolution related to the order placement
and scheduling processes. Facilitates communication between the plant, field and franchisees with the
dispatch center with accuracy and timeliness.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
- Works directly with the General Manager on the development of overall objectives and long-range goals for the franchise.
- Translates and cascades objectives to measurable goals applicable for the franchise and is ultimately accountable for the successful execution of all approved strategies.
- Ensures the franchise achieves business objectives by providing direction and oversight to the franchisees.
- Direct responsibility over the selection of new franchisees and the renewal of the actual ones.
- Reviews and keeps updated all the legal documents required for the franchise operation.
- Recommends changesand updates on the Franchise Disclosure Document - FDD, Agreement, Manual, and other relevant documents.
- Facilitates the buying and enrollment of new trucks in the franchise.
- Provides performance feedback to the franchisees as required to resolve conflicts, assisting in short-term resolution of emergency situations or attendance issues, conduct, etc. which may arise with them and their employees.
- Provides day-to-day oversight for the Tiger Minimix franchise.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.

- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
