THE OPPORTUNITY

 

Context of the mission – Department presentation – Team organization

 

Join us as our Corporate HSE Intern, where you'll be at the heart of driving our health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives. You will provide support with data analysis, communication, and project assistance.

Working out of the France head office in Issy-les-Moulineaux, the Intern will be a member of the Group HSE team that is responsible for assessing health, safety and environmental performance across the organization worldwide.

 

Missions

 

 Data Analysis and Reporting:

 

  • Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop data visualizations and contribute to data-driven reports and presentations.
  • Assist in drafting presentations and reports, and develop engaging content for HSE campaigns.

 

 Communication and Project Support :

 

  • Support communication efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide project support by assisting with data collection, research, and documentation.
  • Offer administrative support by scheduling meetings, managing files, and preparing presentations.

 

 

DESIRED PROFILE

 

Educational level / Training: 

 

Final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.

Experience in Health, Safety or Environmental or data analysis is a plus.

 

Technical skills & professional experience:

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team,

 

Spoken languages:

 

  • Fluent in English
