THE OPPORTUNITY

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) is the core value of the Holcim Group. Ambition “0”, the overarching HSE strategy, outlines key initiatives to build a common culture to ensure zero harm for employees, contractors and our environment.  Working out of the France head office in Issy-les-Moulineaux, the HSE Digital Programs Intern will be a member of the Group HSE team that is responsible for assessing health, safety and environmental performance across the organization worldwide.

 

 

 

Project management:

  • Track and update project plans and development status on key HSE programs & tools (e.g. Workforce Engagement
  • Prepare progress reports for key projects, present follow-ups for management review, track minutes

 

Facilitate the design-thinking, conceptual development and communication of digital applications:

  • Develop whiteboarding concepts/ideas (design thinking, wireframing, etc)
  • Prepare data analysis and trend reports
  • Develop communication materials (e.g. posters, tutorials, guides) and support internal communication

   Missions

DESIRED PROFILE

 

Educational level / Training: 

Master’s Degree in IT, Engineering, Project Management or a related field (Bac +4 / +5).

Experience in Health, Safety or Environmental, project management or digital tools development is a plus.

 

 

Technical skills & professional experience:

  • Mastery of Google Platform (Gmail, Drive, Sites), Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Superior Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables)
  • Excellent design and visual communication skills
  • Robust organizational and project management skills

 

 

Soft skills:

  • Rigor and strong analytical skills
  • Very strong organizational skills
  • Strong team player with solid collaboration skills

 

 

Spoken languages:
