The Compensation & Benefits Manager supports the design, implementation, and management of our global compensation programs, with a strong focus on salary structures, annual reviews, and bonus processes. We are looking for a data-driven professional with a strong project management experience and track record in Compensation & Benefits or a related field. In addition, foundational understanding of market trends and a proven ability to leverage HR Information Systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors to support strategic compensation initiatives will be a key feature of the profile.


MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Data Analysis & Reporting:
● Analyse compensation data to identify trends and insights.
● Prepare various compensation reports, dashboards, and presentations for different stakeholders, including People leadership and management.
● Utilize strong command of Excel/Google Sheets to develop data analytics, decision-making, and modelling tools.

 

HR Information Systems & Systems Expertise:
● Support the utilization of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the Compensation module. Experience with Employee Central and other People Information System tools (e.g., Workday) is highly desirable.
● Assist in optimizing compensation processes, reporting, and data integrity within SuccessFactors.

 

Compensation Program Support:
● Support the administration of competitive compensation structures, including base pay and variable pay (bonuses, incentives).
● Assist with job evaluations and market pricing activities to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
● Support the organization and implementation of annual salary and bonus reviews, providing tools and data to regional and country People teams.
● Assist with the management of annual bonus calculations, interfacing with Group and Regional finance to obtain relevant financial targets, and updating bonus databases for job changes throughout the year.
● Help maintain compensation policies and guidelines.

 

Communication & Education:
● Provide support and guidance to People partners on compensation matters.
● Support ad-hoc compensation-related projects throughout the year.
● Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in compensation.

PROFILE REQUIRED 


● University degree or equivalent education in People Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
● Minimum 3 years track record as a Compensation and Benefits specialist or in a related role in an international environment


Technical / functional skills: 
● Demonstrated strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and identify trends.
● Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the Compensation module. Experience with Employee Central and other HR Information System tools (e.g., Workday) is highly desirable
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization) is essential.
● Foundational understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and market pricing.
● Good business and financial acumen.
