SUMMARY OF THE JOB 

Key partner to translate the business needs into a solution based on the existing master data.

 

Maintain and enhance Holcim CCH Tagetik consolidation and reporting application, in full compliance with International financial reporting standards (IFRS), Internal control systems and Holcim Accounting and Reporting Principles.

 

PROFILE REQUIRED 

Level of education/qualifications normally required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. 
  • Relevant certifications in CCH Tagetik, financial systems, or IT project management.
  • System Management Expertise: Proven experience managing a complex financial reporting or accounting system, such as CCH Tagetik, SAP FC, Oracle Hyperion, or similar tools. Includes configuring workflows, maintaining data models, and ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including finance and IT, to ensure the system supports business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Consolidation Process Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in financial consolidation processes:
  • Equity consolidation and minority interest calculations.
  • Intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
  • Foreign currency translation and adjustments.
  • Issue Resolution and Optimization: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot system issues, optimize consolidation workflows, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Language skills: 

English: Fluency in English is mandatory, as it is the primary language for communication in this role.
Proficiency in other languages, such as Spanish, French, or German, is highly appreciated and considered a plus.
