Business Process Management Manager (BPM)

Job Purpose

To serve as the Strategic Architect of Flow, responsible for optimizing the end-to-end "Integrated Business Process Ecosystem" to drive business process excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Health & Safety:  

 

  • Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies and ensure that the highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained

 2- Functional: 

  • Process Architecture (SAP Mastery): Act as the primary Functional Architect between physical operations and digital ecosystems (SAP S/4HANA, TIS, Qlik Sense, etc); defining the business logic and workflow requirements that the Digital team will then execute and automate.
  • Governance & Alignment: Establish and Organize a unified BPM governance framework that ensures all cross-functional process designs are in 100% alignment with the "NextGen Growth 2030" strategy and Group standards.

  • Value Stream Optimization: Lead high-impact "Value Stream" initiatives focused on waste elimination and cost-base restructuring to deliver direct, documented annual efficiency targets.

  • Initiatives Resources Prioritization: Provide evidence-based "process intelligence" to prioritize the Transformation Portfolio, ensuring resources are allocated only to projects/Initiatives with the highest ROI and strategic impact.

  • Workflow Optimization: Design and implement cross-functional workflows that restructure functional silos into high-performing units, for business excellence.

  • Continuous Improvement Engineering: Direct a high-caliber team of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green/Black Belts to embed a "Performance - Excellence" culture, utilizing the Strategy-to-Execution Portal to provide real-time visibility into process health and performance gaps.

  • Internal Control Synergy (Process Integrity): Collaborate with the Internal Control Team to ensure that all optimized processes have "Built-in Compliance," reducing the administrative burden on operations while strictly adhering to the Holcim internal control framework.

Education, Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • MBA or Post-graduate degree in Engineering/Business is highly preferred to bridge the gap between technical processes and financial outcomes.

 

Technical Skills:

  • ERP systems and workflow automation tools (SAP Mastery is a must) .
  • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt or equivalent Business Architecture certification.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPM).
  • Expertise in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS, Miro, Lucidchart).
  • Understanding of internal control principles and process governance.
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management, Strategic Vision, and the ability to influence C-Suite executives.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 12 years in Business Transformation, Operations, or Strategy; at least 5 years in a managerial role within a heavy industrial or global corporate environment.
