HRBP Manager (Sokhna Plant & Geocycle)

Job Purpose

  • Proactively manage Organisation and Human Resources of the Product line, in order to provide and develop an effective workforce meeting short and long-term needs.
  • Advice, control & follow-up on the implementation of the HR policies & processes, bringing expertise & focusing on key people.
  • Bring knowledge of the PL context & people.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment and prevent social conflicts through developing a network of adequate communication with employees and measuring social climate regularly.
  • Manage all HR requirements of the Plant & Geocycle and provide support, coaching and technical expertise to the line managers and the HR team members

Key Responsibilities

 

  Health & Safety:

  • Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies
  • Ensure that highest degrees of safety and safe working practices are maintained.

 

Functional:

 

  • Embed a performance management culture within the PL as a mean of driving business improvement by ensuring clear objectives & KPIs and continuous improvement of these objectives and coaching the implementation of the PA process at the PL level
  • Provide responsive, high quality advice supporting managers on all aspects of the human resources function with an emphasis on taking shared responsibility and ownership for decision-making involving people issues
  • Drive, influence, advice and support aspects of business improvement initiatives within the PL in order to improve business efficiency and people management allowing for flexibility and planned growth.
  • In coordination with L&D department, ensure employees write their IDPs, ensure its implementation and manage any inquiries they have concerning their development.
  • Advising managers in the implementation of robust HR processes (recruitment, promotions, PMS Etc...)  and employee relations processes to facilitate shared responsibility for the management of people and ensuring that HR matters are effectively dealt with
  • Conducting 1 to 1 interviews with department heads to identify succession planning & technical skills evaluation for key positions.
  • Responsible of following up the department restructures, workforce planning with the line managers to ensure the plan is being followed with minimal deviations.
  • Manage the update of Job profiles at plant down to shop floor in order to keep the job profiles updated and ready for survey and recruitment usages.
  • Manage analyzing employees’ performance appraisal in order to link it to their merit increase, bonus pay and development plans.
  • Follow up on the recruitment activities at plant level to ensure that vacancies are filled efficiently within the proper time-frame.

Industrial Relations

  • Assist the HR Director or lead meetings with unions and employee representatives in order maintain good relationships with unions and employee representatives.
  • Develop and encourage internal communication; create network and maintain good relationship within the PL.
  • Create the adequate synergy between plant/site employees and support function employees in HQ.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance in alignment with the legal department
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work internal stakeholder management, build morale, increase productivity and retention.

 

Education

 

 

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

     Education:

  •  Bachelor Degree in any business related-discipline, business administration, Economics or similar degrees.
  • HR Diploma or MBA is a plus.

    Technical Skills:

Experience in the different fields of HR, Fluent English, General computer literacy, Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and Report Writing, excellent communications skills, solid experience in Labor Law, result oriented.

 

    Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience and 5 Years of Experience in various HR functions
