Technical Sales Lead

Job Purpose
Lead and execute sales activities within designated accounts of contractors
segment, carrying a 23% weight from the top line. Ensure the delivery of products
and services while maintaining strong client relationships. Serve as the primary
contact for key clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer
satisfaction and achieve strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1- Health & Safety:
● Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company
HSE policies.
● Promote a culture of safety and ensure safe work practices across all
activities.
2- Functional:
● Lead and manage sales efforts within assigned accounts and sales areas,
ensuring alignment with commercial targets and strategic objectives.
● Develop and execute account strategies and growth plans tailored to each
client’s needs and business potential.
● Guide and support internal teams (e.g. technical, logistics, marketing) to
deliver best-in-class customer solutions and service.
● Oversee negotiations with key clients, managing pricing, contract terms, and
commercial conditions to secure profitable and sustainable deals.
● Monitor account performance, identify risks, and implement corrective or
growth actions to ensure commercial continuity and customer satisfaction.
● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to
maximize loyalty and revenue opportunities.
● Analyze market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor activity to
identify new opportunities, inform pricing, and refine go-to-market strategies.
● Gather and communicate market intelligence, product feedback, and
strategic insights to commercial leadership and product development teams.
● Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the company’s
product and service offerings to increase wallet share within key accounts.
● Coordinate internal resources to meet client demands efficiently—from
order placement through delivery and after-sales service.
● Ensure high-quality service execution, resolving issues and bottlenecks to
maintain client trust and satisfaction.
● Enforce and champion health, safety, and compliance policies across all
sales and customer-facing activities.
● Participate in industry events such as conferences and trade shows to
enhance market presence and expand professional networks.
● Track sales activities and report on performance against KPIs,
contributing to forecasting and commercial planning.
Education, Qualifications & Experience
Education:
● Bachelor degree in Engineering or Any Related Disciplinary
Technical Skills:
● Ability to deal with different types of customers, High communication &
Negotiation skills, team player.
Experience:
● 5-7 Years of experience
