Workforce Analyst

Location

Sokhna Plant

Job Purpose

Provide accurate workforce reporting, analytics, and data management to support effective workforce planning, contractor management, operational decision-making, and compliance across Sokhna Plant.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Health & Safety:
  • Adhere to, enforce relevant legislation and policies, and ensure that the highest
  • degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained.
  • Maintain and enhance the Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards within the scope of this role.

 

  1. Functional:
  • Maintain accurate workforce databases, contractor records, and manpower information.
  • Validate workforce attendance, contractor timesheets, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor workforce headcount, attendance, absenteeism, overtime, turnover, and labor utilization.
  • Analyze workforce performance trends and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workforce reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain workforce KPIs to support operational performance.
  • Support payroll validation for subcontracted manpower.
  • Monitor labor costs and provide workforce analysis to support budgeting and cost optimization.
  • Ensure workforce data accuracy across HR and contractor management systems.
  • Generate reports required for audits, management reviews, and compliance activities.
  • Track completion of mandatory HSE training, inductions, certifications, and medical fitness requirements.
  • Monitor workforce compliance with contractor documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze workforce trends that may impact safety, including excessive overtime, absenteeism, and staffing shortages.
  • Maintain workforce compliance records to support internal and external audits.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve workforce analytics.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations and performance analysis.

Education, Qualifications & Experience

 

Education: 

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.

- Continuous professional development in labor law, leadership, change management, and industrial relations is expected.

 

 

Technical Skills:

-Strong knowledge of industrial/manufacturing HR and blue-collar workforce management.

-In-depth understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and industrial relations.

-Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and performance systems.

-Knowledge in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle) and HR operations.

 

Experience:

- Minimum 2 - 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within multinational and industrial/manufacturing environments.

- Strong hands-on experience leading HR functions in factory or plant settings with large labor populations.

- Deep expertise in employee relations, engagement, talent management, and organizational development.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
