This role offers an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic People Team and play a key role in shaping and delivering compensation and benefits strategies across all our business lines and operations in Greece.
Role & Key Accountabilities
Compensation & Benefits Projects

Provide expertise and support on specific projects related to Compensation and Benefits, both locally and within Holcim Group initiatives.

Support local, regional, and global HR projects (e.g., digitalization of C&B processes, DE&I pay gap analysis).

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency, employee experience and retention through C&B.

Prepare, monitor, and follow up the People Direction budget.
Annual Compensation & Bonus Processes

Prepare and coordinate the annual salary and bonus review process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Prepare the Bonus Plan, including KPI definition and preparation of communication.

Oversee the Sales Bonus process, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.

Prepare ad hoc salary reviews.
Employee Lifecycle & Compliance

Calculate and manage seniority allowances and salary increments in line with applicable legislation and Company Collective Agreements.

Manage the indemnities process for departing employees in accordance with applicable legislation and company policies.

Oversee the annual actuarial evaluation process.

Conduct cost analysis of trade union demands, providing insights to support negotiations and decision-making.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and alignment with Holcim Group guidelines.
Systems & Data Management

Update and maintain the employee database to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.

Prepare total rewards analytics to support decision-making.
Compensation Strategy & Market Analysis

Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of competitive compensation structures.

Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and market surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or any related field.

5+ years of experience in Total Rewards, HR operations, or related HR fields.

Knowledge of payroll systems (SCAN HRMS preferred) and tax regulations.

Excellent command of the English language.

Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
