HERACLES Group, Greece's leading company in the field of building materials and a member    of Holcim, is seeking to cover the position of Concrete Logistics Coordinator to join LAFARGE BETON, one of the fastest growing and most dynamic companies in the aggregates and concrete sector.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinates the coverage of the operational needs of the Concrete Transport and Pumping fleet.  Addresses problems involving delays, vehicle breakdowns or other unforeseen situations.
• Analyzes, evaluates and presents Concrete Haulage and Pumping Cost data.
• Ensures the competency and suitability of Vehicles, Drivers and Operators in the Concrete Hauling and Pumping fleet in accordance with company specifications and procedures. Develops and maintains accurate records.
• Manages the Group's digital solutions related to the Transportation segment.
• Ensures compliance with the Group's corporate policies & Health, Safety and Environment policies & procedures and legislative requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or graduate school/postgraduate studies in Supply Chain Management (Logistics management)
• 2-3 years’ experience in supply chain planning/logistics/planner positions within manufacturing/industrial environment.
• English – fluent level
• Excellent computer skills and computer programs (MS Office, ERP, CRM, etc.). Knowledge of fleet management and logistics systems.
• Strong understanding of transportation systems, logistics flows, and key cost drivers.
• Ability to work with data and transport management systems (TMS).
• Analytical and organizational skills, responsibility, focus on results.
