HERACLES Group, a member of Holcim and Greece’s leading company in the field of building materials, is looking for an Electrical Engineer for our New Works & CAPEX department, based in the headquarter office in Lykovrissi, Attica.

 

Electrical Engineer - New Projects Responsible

 

The purpose of this role is to manage New Projects in whole or partially (the electrical part) with the highest level of safety, quality and effectiveness at minimum cost, to maximize the Projects’ results, efficiency and dynamic payback

 

Duties and Responsibilities



  • Is responsible for the design, preparation, planning, scheduling, execution, documentation and cost control of projects that he/she has undertaken as a whole
  • Is responsible for the design, preparation, planning, scheduling, execution, documentation and cost control of the electrical part of projects that are being managed by other Project Responsibles
  • Most projects shall be of the following kind:
  • Refurbishment of old electrical equipment (i.e. MV switchgears, LV MCCs, PLCs, SCADA etc) in industrial environment (i.e. Cement Plants, Cement Terminals, Quarries, RMX plants, Recycling plants etc)
  • Installation and commissioning of the electrical part of New Projects of electromechanical nature (i.e. new equipment, new feeding lines, new silos etc)

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years in electrical maintenance in heavy industry, preferably in the cement sector.
  • Strong knowledge in project management and electrical technology (design of electrical schematics, MCC’s design, instrumentation, PLC design, operation & maintenance of Electrical Equipment HV, MV & LV)
  • Advanced computer skills (EPLAN, MS Project, SAP, AutoCAD).
  • Automation knowledge is preferable.
  • Team building skills, eye for detail, experience in troubleshooting.
  • Very good level of written and spoken English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
