Electrical Maintenance Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure inspection, planning, scheduling, execution of electrical maintenance & Capex operations, looking for the optimum use of resources, equipment availability and maintenance cost
- Electrical maintenance & Capex budgeting, ensuring planning and follow-up of costs. Implement effective and systematic solutions to achieve budget and to meet or exceed targets. Manage & review all expenses under the responsibility against budget by regularly review
- Develops the electrical preventive maintenance plan and monitors its execution in Quarries and Concrete Sites
- Support CAPEX execution phase implementation for projects appointed in time, in a budgeted frame
- Accountable for ensuring the Health and Safety of oneself and colleagues by complying with the Company policies, procedures, guidelines, rules and regulations of Occupational Health and Safety at work
- Keep Maintenance & Capex “library” updated and ensure documentation is permanently updated “as built”
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic School or University
- At least 5 years’ experience is required. Previous experience in plant maintenance, industries or engineering projects in the industrial sector will be highly appreciated
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical maintenance operations
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong familiarity with Safety rules and regulations
- Knowledge of concrete and quarry processes, will be considered as an advantage
