Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor
(Ref: MMSA24)

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure inspection, planning, scheduling, execution of maintenance operations, looking for the optimum use of resources, equipment availability and maintenance cost.
  • Undertake maintenance projects, equipment upgrades & modification.
  • Maintain budget.
  • Develop the Preventive Maintenance plan and monitors its execution in Quarries and RMX Sites.
  • Support Capex execution phase implementation for A&C and LAVA projects appointed in time, in budgeted frame.
  • Accountable for ensuring the health and safety of oneself and colleagues by complying with the Company policies, procedures, guidelines, rules and regulations of Occupational Health and Safety at work
  • Keep Maintenance “library” updated and ensure documentation in permanently updated “as built”.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic School or University.
  • 3-5 years in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical maintenance operations.
  • Safety rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of concrete and quarry process is preferable.
  • Moderative command of the English language.
