HERACLES Group cultivates an environment of excellence, respect and trust, where all employees feel empowered.

This environment sets the foundation for the development, empowerment and prosperity of our people, thus creating a positive impact on our partners, customers and the local communities where we operate.

HERACLES Group, Greece's leading company in innovative and sustainable building solutions and a member of HOLCIM, is seeking to recruit two Project Engineers to join the OLYMPUS Carbon Capture project core team.

With sustainability at the core of our strategy, OLYMPUS is a pioneering project aiming to fulfill our zero-carbon commitment. The project will transform our cement production plant in Milaki, Evia, into a net zero carbon facility through the implementation of innovative carbon capture technologies and supporting infrastructure.

Based in our Athens Head Offices, you will join a large-scale industrial project that will spearhead the decarbonization of energy intensive industries in Europe. OLYMPUS is a flagship project in Holcim’s European decarbonization roadmap and was selected in 2023 for funding by the EU Innovation Fund. With a target operational date of 2030, the project aims to capture and store 1 million tons of CO₂ annually.
