HERACLES Group, an internationally recognized organization and member of Holcim Group, the leading partner for sustainable construction, is looking to fill the position of Electrical Engineer at its Milaki Plant.

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join the Maintenance Department at Milaki Plant, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

The Role
The Electrical Engineer will support the planning, execution and continuous improvement of electrical maintenance activities across the Plant, contributing to equipment reliability, safety and operational performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical equipment.
  • Participate in troubleshooting activities, working alongside experienced engineers and supervisors.
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of maintenance work orders.
  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of electrical maintenance activities.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, electrical drawings and equipment records.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement activities.
  • Support electrical improvement and CAPEX projects.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Production and external contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Electrical Safety and Energy Isolation
    requirements.


Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, installations, drawings and schematics.
  • Interest in developing knowledge of industrial electrical equipment and maintenance.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of SAP, AutoCAD, EPLAN or similar technical tools will be considered an asset.
