HERACLES Group, Greece’s leading company in the field of building materials and a proud member of Holcim, is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisorto join our dynamic Milaki Plant Team. The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor directs and coordinates the planning, scheduling, and safe execution of electrical maintenance activities across all operations and infrastructure, ensuring the reliability of equipment while operating within budget limitations. 

Role & Key Accountabilities 

  • Assures the setup and implementation of the preventive maintenance program for electrical equipment.

  • Assures preparation of weekly work orders according to preventive maintenance plans or scheduled corrective maintenance actions. Provides technical guidance in case of complex electrical issues.

  • Coordinates and assures quality in electrical maintenance execution at the lowest cost guaranteeing compliance with OHS and environment policies and contributing to plant operation. Ensures that the electrical maintenance team fulfills time readiness to efficiently tackle emergencies or urgent breakdowns.

  • Support the Maintenance Manager in the elaboration and control of the maintenance budget, ensuring planning and follow-up of costs. Implement effective and systematic solutions to achieve budget and to meet or exceed targets. Contributes to NWC optimization by assuring on time delivery of spare parts. Review spare parts specifications in order to be updated  

  • Adjusts and approves scheduling of electrical maintenance tasks after coordinating with production and mechanical maintenance departments the shutdowns of equipment.

  • Provide technical requirements and support supplier qualification and evaluation for complex electrical maintenance services contracting.

  • Assures up-to-date technical documentation and availability of spares parts lists, BOM for electrical equipment,proposing optimal stock levels of spare parts (through FMEA and  RCA) and identifying remaining lifetime of critical electrical equipment.

  • Communicates and implements regulations, company goals, local permits, policies and procedures.  Monitor performance of electrical maintenance personnel (internal and external). Develop, inform and motivate his team, ensuring competencies and skills development according to technical innovations, plant or personal needs.

  • Acts as PSM Champion for Electrical Safety and for Energy Isolation self-assessment

  • Define projects that can improve electrical infrastructure of the Plant and execute Capex projects form electrical perspective

  • Coordinates the electrical maintenance team skills evaluation and training programs deployment.

Qualifications & Skills

 
  • Degree in Electrical engineering
  • 3-5 years experience in  electrical maintenance in heavy industry, preferably in cement
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Strong knowledge in electrical tasks (design of electrical schematics, project management, MCC’s design, instrumentation, PLC design, operation & maintenance of Electrical Equipment HV, MV & LV).Thorough knowledge of maintenance procedures (MAC- ACS PMA)
  • Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and SOP’s
  • Knowledge of cement production process
  • Advanced computing applications (MS Office (MS Project), ACAD, SAP (PM, MM), EPLAN)
