About the Role
As part of our digital transformation journey and the establishment of a new Operational Technology (OT) department, we are seeking an Operational Technology (OT) Manager. This key leadership role will be responsible for driving the integration of data, automation, and digital tools across the plant, ensuring efficiency, cybersecurity, and operational resilience.


Duties & Responsibilities
•    Lead the development and daily management of the plant’s OT department.
•    Oversee OT systems (automation, industrial networks, control systems, IoT devices) ensuring high reliability and security.
•    Implement and monitor OT and risk management frameworks.
•    Ensure compliance in data handling, business processes, and regulatory requirements.
•    Drive the adoption and utilization of Plants of Tomorrow solutions and other digital transformation initiatives.
•    Support operational excellence by improving efficiency, optimizing resources, and strengthening communication across departments.
•    Lead and develop the OT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
•    Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and partners for OT systems.


Qualifications & Skills
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Automation, or Computer Engineering (or related field).
•    5+ years of professional experience in industrial automation, OT/IT integration, or digital transformation (experience in manufacturing/heavy industry preferred).
•    Proven knowledge of SCADA, PLCs, DCS and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC UA).
•    Strong understanding of OT standards and risk management.
•    Solid experience with data management, compliance, and business processes.
•    Leadership skills with experience in managing teams and projects.
•    Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
•    Fluency in English (written and spoken); Greek is a plus.
