Quality Supervisor

The Quality Supervisor designs, implements and monitors the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, assuring that product quality is compliant with the regulations, internal specifications and customer requirements.  Cooperates with other departments towards the overall quality & cost optimization.


Role & Key Accountabilities

  • Develops, implements and maintains the quality control plan in order to ensure the quality at all production stages.
  • Defines quality targets, designs the products recipes and ensures that delivered products comply with the required specifications.
  • Performs Root Cause Analysis studies and implements improvements for the plant processes and/or product optimization.
  • Reviews the effectiveness of the Quality Management System in the plant processes.
  • Designs and monitors Quality KPIs, defining and implementing / deploying the implementation of action plans in case of deviations.
  • Leads & develops the Lab Team.
  • Guarantees compliance to Health & Safety and Environment policies.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Chemical Engineer’s University Degree or relevant engineering degree
  • Postgraduate engineering studies (MSc) will be considered a plus
  • 1–2 years of experience in the industrial sector (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Analytical skills - Attention to detail and accuracy
