HERACLES Group, Greece’s leading company in the field of building materials and a  member of Holcim, is seeking to cover the position of RMX Site Coordinator to join LAFARGE BETON, one of the fastest growing and most dynamic companies in the aggregates and concrete sector. The Site Coordinator will be based at the Concrete (RMX) site in Thessaloniki.


Role & Key Accountabilities
The Site Coordinator oversees operations at the Concrete (RMX) site in Thessaloniki, ensuring production efficiency, safety compliance and seamless customer service. The role balances technical supervision with commercial coordination and environmental management.
●    Health & Safety: Maintain a zero-harm environment for employees, contractors, and suppliers at both the Unit and Customer sites.
●    Production Excellence: Oversee the full production cycle—from raw material receipt and quality control (database management) to precise concrete production and dispatch.
●    Sales & Customer Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead engagement to successful project completion.
●    Logistics Oversight: Ensure strict adherence to loading, transport, unloading, and pumping protocols by all transporters and pump operators.
●    Operational Planning: Coordinate material procurement, spare parts inventory, and production scheduling. Ensure accurate system updates for sales, production, and payments.
●    Maintenance Coordination: Partner with the Maintenance Department to implement equipment inspection and lubrication plans, providing detailed reporting on finding.
●    Environmental Compliance: Guarantee adherence to environmental permits (water/rubble management, concrete returns) and ensure implementation of the Environmental management System and Policy.
●    Cross-functional Support: Provide operational expertise and support to project teams as required.


Qualifications & Skills
●    Education: University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Environmental or related field).
●    Experience: 2-5 years of experience in supervising infrastructure projects or production teams (highly preferred).
●    Languages: Fluency in English (written and verbal).
●    Soft Skills: A proactive, self-driven professional with a results-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to Safety.
●    Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster team spirit.
