SUMMARY OF THE JOB

Support the Corporate and General Services Global Procurement team contributing actively to the strategic sourcing end to end process. Categories in scope: IT / Consulting / HR / Marketing / Travel / Facility Management, …
 

MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Support the procurement team during the tendering phase.
  •  Contribute to Requests for Information, (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for quotations (RFQ).
  •  Prepare and draft RFI/RFP/RFQ documents, using existing templates.
  •  Launch tenders using the Holcim e-procurement platform tool.
  •  Support the team in analysing the suppliers’ proposals.
  •  Contributes to developing or improving templates and documents for cost analysis.
  •  Support in suppliers scouting for some categories or projects.
  •  Support in a limited ratio of various administrative requests (i.e. meeting minutes, etc.)

 

PROFILE REQUIRED 

Level of education/qualifications normally required: 

  • Bachelor's/University Degree (Purchasing, Business, Supply chain)

 

Specific work experience: 

  • 0-1 Years

 

Technical / functional skills: 

  • Proficient/Advance in MS Office Specifically Excel and PPT, Google Mail and Drive.

 

Behaioural competencies:

  • Curious, agile, passionate with a taste for numbers and business acumen.
  •  Strong analytical skills supported by rigorous approach.
  •  Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively within the team and suppliers.

  •  Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.

 

Language skills:

  • English, French/German/Spanish as advantage
